- I once saw a
framed quote in a business associates office that
read "Price, Quality, Service - Pick Two". It seems,
in this day and age, that finding quality work that
comes with acceptable customer service, at a fair
price, is challenging.
Contractors, for the most
part, seem to feel no obligation to live up to their
promises. They show little or no respect for your
home, do not show up when they say they will and
show no attention to detail when it comes to
cleaning up or finishing those last few details.
I
am very pleased to say that, for the first time as a
home owner, my expectations of a contractor have
been greatly exceeded. From start to finish, my
experience with Decra-Stone Landscaping was
outstanding.
The quotation process was by far the
most thorough and professional. The level of detail
in the quotation was such that it enabled us, the
uneducated consumer, to fully understand the
process, materials and timelines involved in our
project. The actual document, coupled with the
knowledge and patience of Mr. Bill Schrama, put our
minds at ease as we entered into this significant
investment in our home. Our endless list of
questions were quickly and professionally answered
by Bill as we went through the decision making
process of determining which contractor to use.
Although not the cheapest price, we felt we were
receiving great value from a company that we knew
would stand behind their work.
During the actual
construction, we were kept well informed along the
way and again, our endless questions were quickly
and professionally addressed by Bill and the crew.
The men that did the work were incredible. Each and
every day they proved that we had made the right
decision. Quality work, through clean up and
professional, courteous interaction with our family
members and neighbours, made the entire process
painless.
We are thrilled with the finished product
and have total confidence in providing your company
name to those who have inquired who did the work. We
have received many compliments on your work and feel
that you have greatly increased the beauty and value
of our home.

- The Bain Co-Op and
members would like to commend all of you for the
work completed recently here. The landscaping
project was long and complex. Bad weather
complicated the beginning of the work, as did our
difficult site. You all showed great patience and
commitment to doing the best job for us.
Staff here particularly appreciated your attention
to detail and quality of work and your flexibility
and willingness to engage in problem-solving
sessions during the work. Members also made frequent
comments on how hard working you all were, and on
the respect you showed for the community.
Congratulations on the completion of this project!
It has been a great success for us and we will enjoy
